You can ask UIC SARL to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including the data from our WhatsApp services (CortexPlaza and CortexOrder).
How to ask
- Through the business: ask the mall, restaurant or shop you dealt with; they pass the request to us.
- By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", the WhatsApp number or email concerned, and the business you dealt with if you know it.
What happens next
We check that the request comes from the owner of that number or email, then delete within 30 days your profile, names, addresses and location pins, chat history and messages with drivers, and ratings. Orders that a business must keep by law (for example for tax and accounting) are kept only as records with your name and contact details removed. We confirm by email when it is done.
Deleting your data does not delete messages already on your phone or the business's own copies outside our platforms; contact the business directly for those.
